Event for all ages Date: Saturday, December 3 Free Admission Program Noon to 1: 45pm: Holiday crafts at the Tannenbaum Cultural Center.
2 pm: Joy to the World, performance by Glory-June Greiff, at the Sheriff’s Residence.
Special guest: Glory-June Greiff Glory-June brings an unforgettable and original performance for all ages with poetry and stories for the holiday season from the Grinch to Santa to the Littlest Angel.
About the performer:
A professional narrator, photographer, and a performer of song and story, Glory-June Greiff is also a public historian and preservation activist who has written approximately eighty successful nominations to the National Register of Historic Places around the state. In the early 1990’s, she served as statewide director of Indiana's Save Outdoor Sculpture! (SOS!) survey. A native of Hudson Lake in northern Indiana, Glory earned a B.S. in Radio-Television/English from Butler University and worked several years on the air in radio; she holds a master's degree in Public History from Indiana University.
