Facilities and Grounds Use Fee Schedule

Tannenbaum Cultural Center                          $35.00 for 2 hour rental (min. charge)

Use Fees                                                      $15.00 for each additional hour

Grounds Use Fee                                          $100 per day up to 8 hours

                                                                  $125 per day for more than 8 hours

Non-Profit Organization Use Fee                     $35.00 for 4 hours or less

For Facility or Grounds                                  $65.00 for more than 4 hours

(A key deposit is required if event is held outside museum operating hours, for access to TCC rest room.)                                   

Rental time is for the entire length of time the facility is reserved, including set-up time and clean-up time.

Damage/Cleaning Fee of $100.00:  This fee will be refunded within 30 days after the event if there is no damage resulting from rental activity, no cleaning is required and any key provided has been returned. Please make this deposit fee a separate check.

Guarantee Deposit of One-Half of Total Rental Fee: Half of the rental fee, and the cleaning deposit, is due at the time application is made to reserve the date. The deposit is considered partial payment of the use fee. The balance is due no later than the last museum business day prior to the event.

Key Deposit of $100.00:  If the event is to begin or end when our facilities are closed, a key may be provided to the renter who may be required to pay a separate key deposit to be refunded when the key is returned. This fee may be waived if the renter has previously used our facilities.

To Reserve Date: Submit a check for half the deposit, a separate check for the cleaning deposit, and if appropriate, a check for the key deposit.  (You may pay the entire rental fee at the time you make your reservation if you prefer.)

We encourage you to make reservations as far in advance as possible. Caterers are often used in the Tannenbaum Cultural Center, or you can bring your own food/beverage. (A caterer with a license to serve alcohol MUST be used if alcohol is to be served at the function.)

The Tannebaum Cultural Center has a capacity of 64. There are brown metal folding chairs available for use. There are also 8 60" round tables, 2 30" x 60" rectangular tables, and 6 36" x 72" rectangular tables. Use of the tables and chairs is part of the rental fee.

There is a kitchenette that has a microwave oven, sink and refrigerator. The TCC also has a wheelchair accessible restroom. There is a ramp from the TCC to the kitchenette and rest room, so it is fully accessible.
