Today, the Rotary Jail Museum stands as a reminder of a forgotten invention hoped to cure society's problems. Come explore this curiosity of our past!
Our mission
To preserve, to maintain, and to develop the Montgomery
County rotary jail, an example of unique American engineering design; to
enhance the educational, cultural, and arts environment and to provide
space for art and cultural events.
The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, and in the Historic American Engineering Record.
