Renter and all parties occupying or participating in events on the property controlled by the Montgomery County Cultural Foundation accept total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of the facility, and furthermore, agree to HOLD HARMLESS the Montgomery County Cultural Foundation, and all board members, staff, volunteers, and representatives for any injury, damage or loss sustained by the participant or Renter or any persons in their group, regardless of cause, while occupying any space controlled by the Montgomery County Cultural Foundation. All parties agree to terms and conditions by initiating occupancy or participation.
